sophia and brads wedding was FUN!
I truly felt so welcomed even felt like a friend by the end of the night. They have such amazing personality and it was a blast just capturing their day. Shooting was tricky at times with the rain but sophia and brad were amazing sports. The rain didn’t seem to be able to dampen their mood. I am truly so happy for you guys and Brad…brad you’re pretty cool :) and sophia! you are soooo sweet! No wonder sally loved you so much when she was a kid! I’d love to have an older sister like you hehehehe!
yes..they’re married….i shot their engagement shoot and their wedding with only a week apart LOL that’s gotta be a record for me. I’m so truly happy for jess and marshall. Like I said before I never imagined I would shoot my highschool friends wedding but God works in mysterious ways. I asked them where they were going for their honeymoon only to realize that was a dumb question because they live in hawaii…I wonder where people from hawaii go for honeymoons…
Both the ceremony and reception were at a heritage home and it was so quaint! The whole wedding was very laid back and cozy :)
Last weekend was a weekend to rememeber because christine got married to her perfect match. Also because I did my first boudoir photoshoot. What is a boudoir shoot? it’s a for-his-eyes-only photoshoot, a gift from the bride to the groom. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but it turned out great! I wish I could show some photos but as i said…it’s for-his-eyes-only. I may add it to my wedding package…it’s definitly available for people to request so tell your friends :)
I wasn’t the photographer that day so i got to enjoy it as a guest and wear a pretty little dress. Can you believe i’m a guest 2 times this year!
This past saturday i shot jenn and kevins wedding! Man what a day! You may recognize them from the engagement shoot a couple months ago. It was a special day because jenn is also a friend of mine. She looked absolutly beauuuuutiful! I always thought she was a pretty lady but on saturday she looked like a true princess :)
This past weekend was a marathon. I shot two weddings in a row with claudia and man it was definitly a challenge. Check out the images from the day :)
The highlight was when it started POURING rain, edith and teddy were under a shelter while myself, chris and claudia were out in the rain shooting. Good thing our gear can withstand such conditions…
Culture is awesome! But it can also be confusing @_@
Toronto is a diverse city but just seeing different cultures as a casual bystander is totally different from being put front and center in a wedding that’s of a different cultural background than your own. Once again i had the pleasure of assisting Claudia Hung and I was dropped off where the men were getting ready. Suprise suprise…only one groomsman was there…and that’s only because he lived there! The whole wedding was a different experience but I completely enjoyed myself and the music was awesome!!!!
Here are the photos from this past saturday. I had the pleasure of assisting claudia again and like i mentioned in my previous post…it was quite the day. This coming weekend i’m shooting two more weddings and I can’t wait!!! it’s going to be siiiiick!
Here are some images from the wedding i shot last Saturday.
it was honestly so much fun and so great to see old friends from yn again. Jeanne and Hector looked amazing and even though the weather was very moody everyone was able to stay optimistic :)
