Here’s a slideshow of last nights packing…
enjoy! If you don’t recognize the song it’s “i’m yours” by Jason Mraz but sung by the cutest asian boy
tonight i went to help my friends pack food supplies for their missions trip to Mali. I thought it would be cool to take some documentary photos for some extra footage for their website www.iheartmali.com check out some shots i took of them against a white wall…i started off taking photos against a beige wall not knowing that the wall i had my back against was white…lol late on i switched walls :p couple of the guys got their head shaved and it was funny as hell.
it was quite the experience being one of the vendors at this bridal registry gala at The Bay
It was jiust an awesome experience preparing for this event and I got to learn so much from it.
One of the things I did at the event was set up a photobooth to show clients what a photobooth is and how it works.
I think they had fun :)
i love travel
i grew up traveling so when i reflect over the past couple years it makes me a little sad that i haven’t really been traveling to interesting places. i’m in the process of thinking and praying over making a photography trip with my colleague and friend :)
it’s really exciting!
it’s exciting to dream and think about stuff like this because i’m passionate about it. we plan to go with a purpose and direction because going trigger happy over just anything and everything is a waste of time and resources.
my mums in town horaahhh!!
i get to see my family once a year cause we live in different countries. it’s nice to have a mum around :)
i think i miss my mum the most when i’m sick or hungry….LOL just kidding!!! i love my mum for more than just that..she’s a special and kind lady.
yesterday i was able to have some down time with a special friend. went to a starbucks at indigo and read my book and blogged. I looked at the time and realized we had been there for 4 hours! That’s a long time! and starbucks chairs are not the most comfy ;P
It’s nice! It’s SO nice that I have this job as my full time job. I keep reflecting and thinking about where I was just the beginning of this year and I’m amazed at Gods blessings and amazed at where he is taking me.
amelia and daniel are cool!
the kind of people I can see myself stay in touch with because they’re so down to earth…my kind of people :)
when we had our first meeting at bubble tea I was so excited because the more i talked with them the more i liked them. they put me at ease…wait…shouldn’t it be the other way round? shouldn’t i put THEM at ease? lol!!!! So when they booked me I was very pleased :) and guess where they’re having their reception? at the AGO!
I have such a soft spot for non-western weddings! cause they’re so different and colourful!! The venue was at the Estates of Sunnybrook, beautiful venue with amazing food! I was amazed at the food! yummm…
I met Tahmina through a good friend of mine Daseul…they both work at general mills! how cool is that!?! hehehe Thanks for letting me shoot your day Tahmina and Bilal!!! (yallah-habeebee!!!!)
