Introduction

A responsive web app that provides property buyers with information on properties of interest.

My Role

I was the lead designer on this project. I collaborated with UI designer mentor Ethan Pham throughout the project.

Problem Statement

Newcomers to the real estate investment market lack a centralized, efficient, and professional source of guidance, which complicates their investment process, wastes time, and makes it difficult to find suitable properties within their budget. Existing resources do not sufficiently meet these needs. This indicates a gap in the market for a user-friendly web application that can provide comprehensive, professional guidance tailored to those new to real estate investment.

2 Design

Sketches

Understanding the project requirements, I initiated the ideation process by sketching the design concept. To validate their usability and assess the user flow, I subsequently developed these into a rapid prototype.

Mid Fidelity Wireframes

Following the initial ideation and prototyping, I proceeded to translate these concepts into mid-fidelity digital designs. This transition from paper to digital allowed me to more closely emulate the final product, making it possible to explore interface details, navigate user flows more accurately, and prepare for the subsequent stages of high-fidelity design.
